Lynette, William and Claire run all the courses and teach many of them. They also employ other well-qualified professionals with a wide range of experience in different fields, including business and computing.

	Lynette Burrows is a journalist and author as well as a teacher. She has taught English Language and Literature to adults and children in England and abroad, setting up the Byron School with William in 1992..
	William Burrows taught English and Drama in the state education sector for five years, and has also been teaching English to overseas students since 1990 in England, France and Italy.
	Claire Burrows was a primary school teacher before leaving to start a family. She has a lot of experience in running courses and activities for children and teenagers.
